- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 banana frozen
- 4 tbsp collagen peptides
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp almond butter (peanut butter or sunbutter work too)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Add all the ingredients into a high-speed blender
Blend until smooth and creamy.
